Some games allow you to name colonists. Lots of streamers will allow their chat to join a randomized pool. They'll do !join and enter the pool. The a mod or streamer will do !name and it gives them a random name from the pool and removes the name.

Could be useful for giveaways as well. Sometimes people give away games and things.

I'm not sure I fully understand. I do intend to add some features for drawing winners from chat and managing queues and stuff, but I'm unsure how it relates to the colonists part.
