Bump tmp and artillery in /test/load ( #4639 )

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp ). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [artillery](https://github.com/artilleryio/artillery ). These dependencies need to be updated together.
Removes `tmp`
Updates `artillery` from 2.0.22 to 2.0.26
