7b634cc434 overviewer.py no longer loops forever if it can't find terrain.png 
There's also a more helpful error if any texture can't be found.
Closes #475.

33e85743f2 Fix black dotted lines in night rendermode. 
Also reduces the night rendermode render time by a 10% and increses the lighting rendermode render time by a 5% (globally it reduces the render time).

40231598d8 command-line rendermodes can now be separated by ',', ':', or '/' 
This should fix Issue #472.

320f7a178c Fixed lighting issue 
If more than one half-step or stair is stacked on top of another, the
bottom steps/stairs will be black in a lighting render.  This is now
fixed

5c37bf1801 having both a world/overviewer.dat and a output/overviewer.dat now warns about the world version 
old behaviour was to replace the output dat with the world dat

3e1ae9dd17 Store north-direction in overviewer.dat 
Check stored value at render time and abort if direction has changed and
--forcerender not specified.
