Be careful -- the build_* and transform_* functions no longer have a
blockID argument, because that made no sense.

When building cube images, paste sides over top, not the other way around
...
Fixes problem with stacks of blocks showing a bit of the top of the
blockr, most visible on spruce trees.

watercolor will now be used if it can be loaded
...
Right now the Biome Extractor does not extract this with the other
biome colors, so making it *required* would lead to a lot of errors
for people running servers that don't have the client jar.
Once the Biome Extractor has been changed, this should also.

Add --changelist and --changelist-format
...
Allow output of changed tiles to a file specified with --changelist. The
file contains the name of each tile on a line. The path can be relative
or absolute, chosen using --changelist-format.
The code assumes that all innertiles will have been updated when a
worldtile changes, and prints the corresponding filenames to the list
directly, rather than add message passing to the innertile methods.

Now pumpkin and melon stems are tinted brown in textures.py if they are fully grown.

Also delete a save statement. Use state->block_data in rendernormal.
