docs: fix two warnings during docs building
...
sphinx does not enjoy duplicate link names, and unless your label
is pointing to a header, it needs an explicit name when referenced
too.

Long overdue addition of information to docs
...
* Add 2 FAQ entries, one concerning mod blocks, the other
about the maps API.
* Add note about The End and lighting strength. (Closes #1111 )
(Also, nice quads.)
